Start with the scope
Choose a vehicle platform and list the requested changes: colors, logo placement, accessories, configuration or packaging. Ask which changes can be discussed on that platform and which need further development. A request is not a confirmed production commitment.
Prepare usable brand files
Provide your authorized vector logo, preferred color reference and placement sketches. Use a separate note for each location. Screen colors help discussion, but the physical sample and agreed reference should guide final color approval.
Review one configuration at a time
Pair the sample photographs with a dated configuration list. Identify standard and optional items, including boxes, backrests, wheels and chargers where applicable. Record requested changes before treating a sample as approved.
Keep a clear approval record
Keep the agreed images, file versions, configuration list and open questions together. Confirm which party approves changes and how later revisions are recorded. Sampling, development costs and lead times are agreed for the project.
